Fallout 4 is finally here and exploring the Commonwealth has been amazing so far for me – 8 hours straight without a single crash or problem – but unfortunately not everybody is as lucky as I am. Due to heavy traffic, you may experience delays accessing the servers. Load up Fallout 4 on Xbox One, and you’ll see the new main menu has a “Mods” option. You should check the settings below: 1) Check your computer resolution and the resolution set in your Fallout 4, and make sure the both resolution is the same. I thought I heard lately that a user bought a Xbox one X and said that the fallout 4 experience was more enjoyable, I don’t know who that user was here on the wikia. " I totally expect those on a game this large and open. 
Nexus Mod Manager is the easiest way to install many mods for Fallout 4, as it eliminates most of the hassle of installing mods manually.
A word of note, the one x crashes only slightly less vanilla and just as much as the OG xbone with 2gb of mods. The most common Fallout 4 Far Harbor errors are Crashes, Game Not Starting and FPS Issues like Low FPS and FPS Drops. I'm writing this in the hope to save someones time, because its not a well known issue (afaik), but a very confusing and annoying one. I don't know if rolling back the driver is enough on its own, because i did both together, but if you do both you should be good. After rolling back to that driver and and installing the fresh beta version of New Vegas Anti Crash my game worked just fine again. After some research google confirmed that it was indeed the new Windows 10 Update that made Fallout NV (and apparently even Fallout 3) unplayable, if you have an Nvidia Card with a driver newer than version 368.81. Thats when i remembered a Windows update between my last time playing NV and now. I even uninstalled all mods and redownloaded the entire game, but it still crashed. I've tried for hours trying to fix the problem, because i thought a mod was causing the issue. Everytime id start a game (new or loaded) it would crash. 
I've recently started playing New Vegas again and im loving it.
